Possible jail time for activist who blogged about his G20 experiences

Activist Julian Ichim was in court on charges for violation of a publication ban stemming from blog postings in 2011 in which he identified the undercover officer who had befriended him and infiltrated activist groups leading up to the 2010 Toronto G20 meetings.  The charges carry a maximum sentence of 2 years in jail.
